All posts have a date and time stamp already and we're keeping that.
There will be a few different ways to look at posts:
1. You can view categories.
2. You can see all the latest discussions.
3. You can see just the discussions you've posted in or want to follow.
You can see up to 15 posts on one page (right now, you can see nine in the main feed). They're sorted by the most recent first and when a post gets a new comment, it moves back up to the top.
Here's a picture of the discussions within the Newly Diagnosed category. This is in progress, but I think it will give you a sense of it.
