CDK46 and aromatose inhibitors
Hi there I've just finished my second round of treatment, including a bilateral mastectomy and lymph node clearance for oestrogen progesterone positive BC. My first diagnosis of same BC was 9 years ago at 38yrs old. Seeking information from anyone out there please that has lived experience being on a CDK46 and Legestrol or other aromatise inhibitors. My onc is recommending but side effects of CDK46 look very scary 😨 Much appreciated in advance. Kind regards Kylie
