Second TC with cold cap - should I chop my hair shorter?
Hello - This is my first time posting and wondering if people had more success with cold capping with shorter hair? My hair is only shoulder length but there's been quite a lot of pain over the last 5 days and I've lost a lot of hair. Second (of 4) TC tomorrow. Thanks so much for sharing your experience and advice if you are able to.
