Hopefully I will learn to navigate this new set up. My issue is getting the numbers off my email which often is hard to access on my phone as my current one is web based access only.
i have a few different 2 factor identification set ups due to my job 3 different ones just to start working all of them use my phone or app to receive the codes. Its all so challenging these days. Because of all the hacks that have been happening. Most sites will be switching to this type of log in.

Can you 'highlight' the OTP & just copy & paste it across to BCNA? I do ... as my memory, even from flipping from the email to the web is SHOCKING! LOL

BUGGER!!! I am so sorry this happened to her, cranky_granny They are saying that very FEW accounts were accessed by the hackers!!! grrr
1) It shouldn't have happened in the first place if their security was up to scratch ...
2) They should have picked up on that immediately & compensated her immediately too - because she can't withdraw anything .... so only her deposits (and anything THEY'VE taken out, like fees etc) should be showing!!
Put it in writing to them too - how disappointed you/she is that it even happened, let alone how difficult it was to get it sorted out & replaced! grrr
