Hi Everyone,
Thankyou for your patience everyone, we are very grateful we have you to notify us the parts of the new forum that you have identified with errors or needing attention (We are trying to reach out to you individually as well).
We are attempting to log all of these technical tickets we see in the comments section. However as we receive feedback via email, phone calls, and our website, it would be really helpful to ensure we do not miss anything to please log these via the Get in Touch form to ensure feedback is collected in the centralised area.
We also want to be transparent that 'we' the Helpline team are also learning the new system as well and also have provided our own internal feedback of improvements and future enhancements.

P.S several of the below issues in progress for your information:
- Private Messages/Mail - We are aware your conversations did not migrate across and this was the first thing Helpline team noticed. These will be migrated across in due course (April)
- OTP repeated Codes - We are aware you are receiving duplicate codes and we are presently investigating the issue
- HTML issue - This is also being investigated
- Triple Positive Breast Cancer Group access - We are aware of this issue and we hope previous members will have access very soon! Or re-join in the meantime
- Firefox - We are aware of this issue and we are replicating the error in some instances however the interim solution would be to use a different browser
- Group List showing 0 posts - recently logged, unsure of outcome currently
