I've been keeping an eye on the 'Frequently Asked Questions' link (via the link in the above BCNA post .. ) to see if any of the issues mentioned in the replies here, have been added & addressed or even explained - and the answer is a big fat NO. 😠.
Plus .... when I click on the FAQ link - It also asks me to Sign In again! grrr
In the original BCNA post above, BCNA is saying:
If you have any questions, please go to our Frequently asked questions page in the first instance.
But sadly, BCNA is NOT providing the requested information or updates in a timely manner here, or in ONE EASY SPOT.
Scrolling thru all the members' posts here, to find a couple of posts from BCNA re the glitches, is not good enough.
It would not be difficult to have a specific post that is addressing the known glitches (with a link to click on that works, added to this original BNCA post) ...... as EVERYONE is experiencing glitches in one form or another.
There needs to be a HIGHLIGHTED LINK in this original post, here - where members can SEE that these answers to KNOWN glitches - are shown!
It is obviously gonna take a while before it settles down. 😟
Apparently Mets & Breast Reconstruction private groups are up & running again (probably more too) ….. but the Groups List is NOT SHOWING THAT, nor have members been advised of correctly active Private Groups yet (with all past posts, showing!)
If you click on the Groups Link … they still show as ‘0 Posts’.
Communicating with members is PARAMOUNT
And a couple more glitches .....
'Notifications' isn't working, even if you are tagged in comment or following a topic.
Writing Private Messages - you can't scroll up to see what you've already written and if it is a longer message - you can't see the previous messages that you've received (to reference back to.) It is probably due to the massive BCNA Disclaimer that takes up the bottom half of the page.
Can anyone getting the 'Can't publish -unauthorised HTML'message screen-shot it and pass it on to the adminstrators please?
