Oh Tina
i have just been through this about a week ago with my first mammogram after treatment. I got myself into such a state that I was completely panic stricken. It turned out to only be a cyst and I felt like such a fool for making such a big deal but I put two and two together and came up with 5. The medical staff had no idea that what they had told me had put my mind into overdrive. It such a dreadful feeling and when it's all said and done, if the cancer comes back you just have to deal with it, just like you had to before. Perhaps give the doctor a call and see if you can get in earlier or get a bit of an idea over the phone. I honestly don't know how you control these feelings as they can be all consuming. Yes breath, try to do some meditation and try to be kind to yourself. Good luck with your results. You will be in my thoughts. Karen xox
