Yep,I'm still up.I think we all have trouble sleeping before treatment.I was a cot case before my chemo.When I arrived at the chemo unit,I was ready to do a runner.Everyone was sitting in their chairs with their beanies on and arms outstretched.The nurse took a few goes to get the cannula in a vein and by this stage I was climbing the wall.They ended up giving me a "calm you down pill" and I was ok after that-what a sook! I felt ok afterwards and went for lunch.It hit me around day 3. Good luck for tomorrow-I'm sure you'll be braver than me but if not then ask the staff for a chill pill! Tonya xx
