My swimming breast form was an amoena, which was the same brand as my normal prosthesis. They actually look quite big but are hollow. They are triangular in shape. I found that I needed proper mastectomy swimmers to put it in. The lady in the shop tried to talk me out of buying it and she said most women just use an old foam soft form. However I did feel very confident with it in. Apparently the reason they are hollow and big is because that's the way our normal breast goes when squashed into Lycra. I got it at the lingerie shop that fitted me for my original prosthesis. Actually you have motivated me to give it to my local breast care nurse as I have had a reconstruction and so no need for it anymore. It is a size 6 which is a C cup.
Happy shopping, and swimming.
