Waiting waiting waiting

I am actually Ok with all this. My daughter is struggling with the waiting. It alls seems so surreal atm....I am not "sick" yet I have cancer.... The surgeon wanted to do a wide excision but I have fought tooth and nail to have the double mastectomy. I don't care about the studies that say it won't make a difference because I KNOW what I WANT. I am working fulltime so busy and I am even having a "Bye Bye Boobs" party lol. I guess some people would find my humour offensive but this is what I want to do and how I want to tackle this :) Always smiling :)
