I am also an X Perth girl who moved for the tree and sea change but not as far away as you. I have moved to Dongara which is 65klms south of Geraldton on the coast. A pretty lil spot.
We are here for you to ask away if you have any questions or just want us to lend you an ear. This whole journey is strange and people can be strange but just accept they don't know what is the right thing to say.
Us pink sisters do understand and know exactly where you are coming from and that is why this site is so great.
The waiting for results and the unknown is the hardest part of the journey. Try and keep busy when you can to keep your mind off things and just keep those positive thoughts keep rolling through your head. You have taken the biggest step to ridding yourself of this cancer by having your surgery and now you wait to find out the next thing you have to do to ensure you are doing all you can to rid yourself of this crappy BC.
Good luck and stay in touch. How is the weather in Switzerland right now. We are in our Spring but we had a real winters day the other day where you just wanted to curl up in front of the fire with a good book and shut the horrible weather out. I am glad we don't get too many of those days up here. Switzerland must be a beautiful place.
