Hi Karen it is hard, I'm a carer and I work in the community.
It was my choice to work, I was supported by the people I work with and had good days and bad days. For me I needed something else to think about a distraction from my own issues. I wore a wig and my clients didn't know I had no hair. I didn't work full weeks only worked when I could. Treatment takes up alot of your time and thinking and you need to do what you feel comfortable with. Take care and hope your recovery goes well
