Treatment continues

Hi Karen,  I hope you're recovering well.  Three surgeries in a month is a lot!  I was diagnosed September last year.  Whilst I'm not a teacher I tried to work part time during chemo but found it a bit hard given there were other appointments and 12 weeks of taxol at the end.  I've missed work and being part of a team but am glad I've stayed away as it's been easier in the flat/hard days.  Do what's best for you and also your doctors will advise you.   I met one lady who was a teacher and she had the week of treatment off and worked the other weeks. Once you have your treatment plan it will be easier to work out what's best!  Lx
