Thinking ahead.

It gets better once the surgery is done, knowing most of the cancer and hopefully all is gone. Personally I was happy with the implant recon at time of mastectomy  And was delighted to awake with breasts much more pertier than I had. I've  got 1 fill and changeover  to go. My durgeons used a matrix sling and filled 3/4 full...knowing I most likely wouldn't  need radiotherapy. ..which I didn't  and knowing also I lived 500k away from him...so I have had mo fills since....1st review is after chemo completion. I chose a teardrop shsoe and the tisdue expander is teardrop shsp so loojs pretty good. If interested I can post a pic.
