The tips above are good re the button front pjs etc. I had a mastectomy in April. I too didn't find it that painful. The tip I would add is, make sure you move your arms after the surgery. You will have drains in but I made the mistake of protecting my arm too much and I am still now struggling with cording, 6 months down the track. The breast care nurse will probably talk to you about this when she comes in to see post procedure. Good luck, you will be fine Vanessa :)
