Thanks everyone for the kind words. And sorry for the very late reply. I just really didn't feel like being on the computer for the first few days after surgery and then the update happened.
Surgery went well. No real complications. My blood pressure dropped quite a bit and stayed very low for a long time but is coming back up to normal now. My surgeon did a fantastic job, it looks great and I've really only gone down one cup size at most in that breast (and it was a fairly large lump she took out, 55g). I'm very happy with it.
I've been a bit stiff and achy, but otherwise not in much pain, just tired. I'll be doing fine and then suddenly will urgently need a nap. I'm nominally back at work this week for a bit, but just doing half days for now.
