surgery question
I have no idea what to expect with surgery next week - and I’m quite anxious about the drains that I keep hearing about 🥹 does everyone get drains and how long for?

If you are having a lumpectomy, you are extremely unlikely to have a drain. Those having mastectomies will usually have drains.
Try not to get ahead of yourself by thinking the 'what ifs' ..... they will most likely never happen & will only muck with your brain.
