I’m in Blue Mts so it’s freezing atm.
I can garden & go walk a labyrinth at our Cancer Wellness centre.
This just does not help my anxiety & CPTSD much 🥺 I had a huge session yesterday with my counsellor to prepare myself for the surgery & will now have to prob pay for another.

OMG! I can imagine how cold it is up there just now!!
My grandparents had a place up there in the 50/60s and the eiderdowns were about 1ft deep, filled with down!! My brothers went to Blue Mountains Grammar!!
We normally don't get TOO cold here, but this week is 'testing it'!!!
