Surgery inbetween chemo?

Thanks for checking in @lrb_03 I ended up calling my breast care nurse and she followed everything up for me. The surgeon has reviewed the ultrasound images and wants to see me next tues to do his own ultrasound and then chat. But I also spoke to my Rad Onc (who I work with) and she laughed off the surgery inbetween chemo part and said that’s stupid. She says there would be less than 1% chance that a new lesion would pop up during chemo as it would have to have a different histopathology. It’s more likely that due to anatomical changes with the main lesion it’s just the satellite lesion in a new position. Hopefully find out more on Tues :)
