Hi Trish, thanks for your lovely comments. I have recently started wearing the post op bra to bed too but I find it very uncomfortable, but I am still persevering with it  

 I don't seem to have swelling under the armpit, although it's sore and tender, but my left breast is burning pretty much everywhere especially the nipple too. My incision was nowhere near the nipple but now apart from the burning there is tingling and even some numbness. The pain radiates abit to my back too. I thought the first week after surgery would be the most painful but honestly it's been from the 2nd week onwards. I will bring this up with my medical specialists on Tuesday when I go for my appt and see what they have to say.  Trish, I hope you continue to feel better too. Look after yourself great that the massage and physio are working. I guess it all takes time and patience.
