Hi ronnie, I also had my surgery 2 and a bit weeks ago.
My breast is still quite painful, especially at night, which I put down to everything stretching, as I try and lay on my side!! I still wear a post op bra to bed to support my breast as much as possible, but still find I need panadol.
I find that during the day, as , long as I dont cause any "bouncing" and dont put pressure on the breast,, the bra supports nicely and there is no pain.
My underarm is still swollen as the doctor confirmed I have a haemotoma and cording going on, which will correct itself in time, with massage and physio,
perhaps, if you are not already doing so, try wearing your post op bra to bed, to see if that helps in any way.
