I am trying to make a decision re surgery etc. I am concerned that RT may not be a good option as I have some changes in my heart from hypertension. Has anyone faced this issue.

Thanks. I am leaning more to mastectomy as the risk of RT causing ischemic heart disease is significant. My cardiologist has not yet returned my call.
I hate the wAit it's been 3 weeks and one more before my appointment because if school Hols.
