Hi, I had mastectomy about 3 weeks ago. I've got a bit of puckering and lump where the scar is - but I think it takes awhile to settle down. I've got some silicon gel to put on it.
I also have cording - not sure what exactly that is - but you can feel it under my arm where they cut out a lymph node to check on it. It causes my arm to be tender - so I visited an occupational therapist/ lymphodemia physio that my breast care nurse referred me to. Have had 1 massage so far and some laser on it. She said one of my lymph cords/areas might have snagged on the scar tissue. Anyway, don't know if you had lymph nodes cut out but thought you might have something similar if under arm.
