@TeePee, Awww so sorry you had to go through all that and ended up with this shit thing to top it off.
I had up and down monster seromas for months. I never had it drained, that was a no no in my breast surgeons book, too much risk of infection and re-collection according to him.
If you sleep on your side put a soft duck feather pillow in front of you and kind of hug it, you can shove the corner under the offending boob (if thats' the side you sleep on) and tuck it under your arm. If you sleep on the opposite side just put it under your arm so it can rest on it.
I sleep on my surgery side normally, so it was really quite painful, actually I was hoping my breast wouldn't pop :smiley:
The pillow takes away all the pulling and is nice and soft. I still use this technique every night. Hopefully it will work for you as well.
