Recurring breast cancer

Hi, I am back again after 3 years since my initial diagnosis, lumpectomy followed by chemo then a right mastectomy and radiotherapy. Been on tamoxifen for almost 3 yrs and life felt pretty good. 4 weeks ago I found a pimple type lump on my mastectomy scar and had an FNA which came back non specific. Last week I saw my oncologist for a follow up and she didn't like the look of it. I had surgery to reopen the scar,remove the bad bits and am now nervously awaiting the results. I also had to have more scans so will know the outcome on weds. Feeling very scared and don't know what the future now holds, anyone got any words of encouragement?
