Me too but although I am sure they are good there is nothing like sweeping with a broom and painting a ceiling to do natural excersie. I do think at 37yrs old you should re- think reconstruction. I am 55yrs old and have 5 children the youngest is 23yrs old. I am divorsed and do not have a partner and actually don't want one. It's far too complicated at my age. However at 37yrs old you have you whole life ahead of you and maybe reconstruction should be considered although I think us women are more than just boobs. It's all about how your self esteem is sitting. it does not matter what decesion you make as I think you can go back to reconstruction. Let me know please how you get on.
