I had 25 rounds of radiation 2 years ago. The last two weeks were VERY uncomfortable - I have large breasts and was in Townsville during the heat and humidty of Jan/Feb - the best relief I found apart from aqueous cream was cloths soaked in cold salt water. Best Feeling Ever
I stil have numbness in one section of my breast, and maybe it is a conincidence, but when leaning right over on that side I experience an awful pain in my diaphragm area. I really disliked radiation, I felt more restricted than when on chemo in those last couple of weeks and a few after it was finsihed. The idea of having any clothing on in that area was very unappealing. Hopefully you will be one of those that flies through it without an issue. Best of luck. Kari
