I go to a osteopath every now and then but after surgery I had a few massages including one lymphatic one and I think these were great for swelling, support and sounds a bit new age but wondering off any surgery is a bit like an assault where it can show up with stiffness or not feeling quiet yourself so massage seems to be a good option for all of the above: supportive rather than correcting Might be hard pressed to find any specialist who would recommend chiros and osteopath etc!
