Thanks Kell kind of you to respond so quickly. I had the implants under the muscle both sides great to hear you have been told full workout. Leaves me puzzled as I am restricted for all time to non strenuous arm movements and definitely no hand weights. That was more about dislodgement of Implants and a bit about lymphodemia.
I will do as my PS Says but it limits my gym work to cardio as I have said. Even swimming seems to be a no as it involves Pectoral muscles?
If there is anyone out there that has had problems due to exercise after profilactic mastectomy lymph nodes and under the muscle reconstruction I would really appreciate the how too of exercise.
