You have a lot on your plate by the sound of things. Breast cancer is not easy, and juggling with 2 kids on your own is a whole other level, well done to you!
I have similar aged kids and had my mastectomy and reconstruction in March. If your sibling can stay it would help buffer and give some back up as you heal.
The fatigue and inability to lift things as well as the practical parts of not driving etc are all things that will be helped with someone else around. It's great you have a strong social network, I found food drops so helpful whilst I was recovering.
I found my kids stepped up with helping out around the house, some chore lists worked and accepting this is not forever was also useful 🙂.
