Hi so sorry you are having a bad trot. Try and go for a short walk outside, not sure what the weather is like where you are. I always found a walk outside helped or go and have a nice cuppa at a coffee shop , I always found the house closes in on me and seeing others helped me. Hang in there it is such a roller coaster.
