Nervous and scared before my surgery tomorrow

Best of luck tomorrow. My double mastectomy is soon too so know you are not alone and wonderful resources like this are available.  

I am going to ask my surgeon for a referral to a psychologist.   Everything helps.  We feel fine one minute,  terrified the next.

    Yes, OK one minute, mess the next. Just the thoughts themselves are tiring, let alone everything else.

    I hope we all beat this and come out the other side 🙏
