My right breast doesn't feel the same anymore ... Is this the new norm post lumpectomy, chemo & rad?

I haven’t been out yet on the hunt but know there’s not point doing online shopppng and having to return it - I did that and all bras failed!
Yes I get lymphoedema in my right arm. I don’t wear the compression sleeve anymore as too hot. Just do stretches in bed to the wall behind. Also sore in armpit. My you’ll poodle can’t stand on my left chest if lying down or it’s painful. It feels like a knot of pain if I press on it. Just scar tissue I guess. Xxx
