My right breast doesn't feel the same anymore ... Is this the new norm post lumpectomy, chemo & rad?

I had my lumpectomy in June 2017 and lymph nodes in right arm removed in July. Chemo stopped at Xmas and rad in March. Now I am just on Herceptin until Oct. I have been noticing changes over  the past...

I haven’t been out yet on the hunt but know there’s not point doing online shopppng and having to return it - I did that and all bras failed! 
Yes I get lymphoedema in my right arm. I don’t wear the compression sleeve anymore as too hot. Just do stretches in bed to the wall behind. Also sore in armpit. My you’ll poodle can’t stand on my left chest if lying down or it’s painful. It feels like a knot of pain if I press on it. Just scar tissue I guess. Xxx
