My right breast doesn't feel the same anymore ... Is this the new norm post lumpectomy, chemo & rad?

I had my lumpectomy in June 2017 and lymph nodes in right arm removed in July. Chemo stopped at Xmas and rad in March. Now I am just on Herceptin until Oct. I have been noticing changes over  the past...

@viking1 hows the hunt for the bra going any luck yet. 
Forgot to say I get lymphoedema in my left breast armpit and a small amount in my arm and hand. The fitted bra on my left breast works like a compression garment for me. I have it under control most days with massage etc. the heat doesn’t help. Not long now till winter. Can’t come soon enough.
