I have found that with each cycle of chemo the tightness got worse...it just improves in time for the next round. My oncologist believes it to be due to the steroids and most likely is trunkal odema. I try to wear shapewear singlets when really bad as well as doing massage and this seems to help. It wasn't until I was weekly that they really listened to what was happening. Apparently an uncommon side effect. Kath
