Lumpectomy
Hi all, Just wondering, i am 1 week post op for mastectomy and removal of lymph nodes. Where the nodes where removed is sore and swollen but soft. Is that normal? Regards Trikki2 xxx

@JulieSav I thought maybe I had overdone my stretch exercises but the doc said my nerve endings had just woken up, hence the pain, and the swelling was the usual course of things. My surgeon however has told me that the only things I am allowed to do for the first two weeks is my stretches and some very short walks. Other than the vacuuming and washing the dishes and making my bed and cleaning the toilet, I am doing exactly as he says.
