Hi Mima, I had this surgery late last year and i'm really happy with the result. I think i've gone from DD/E to a C. I did need a re excision despite having a fair about tissue removed. Recovery has been fairly straightforward, I also had axillary clearance and this has definitely been the hardest part of my recovery. All the best
