Leaking from wound site.
HI would love to talk to anyone, who is like me.
My drainage tubes were pulled out on day 4 (by accident) of my right side only total mastecomy, so I'm constanley leaking out of a small hole on ...
So long as it is a clearish fluid draining and not huge amounts and you feel ok with no temperature then it's probably ok.I had to return twice a week to have a seroma drained and that went on for 5 weeks.Just keep an eye on it and record how much is on the dressing and whether it's light blood stained fluid. Obviously bright blood or pus or a high temp is not good-go to dr's in that case. Hope this helps.
