Issues with incision healing and possibility dead skin

Unfortunately during the cutting tiny blood vessels are disrupted and damaged so some tissue can due off. This can happen during breast reduction surgery.
There isn't much you can do about it but wait and see. Gentle exercise like walking might assist perfusion of blood to the wound. Eat a super healthy diet to aide healing and if smoking try to stop or at least reduce.
