Had bilateral mastectomy 5 April 2018. Sentinel node biopsies too. 1 drain each side. 2nd drain removed 12April. Should I be concerned by tightness and soreness across my chest and into the underneath...

I think this would be normal. I had reconstruction also so different. The tightness is possibly part of the healing and why continuing to stretch is important. But...please speak with your breast care nurse tomorrow just to be sure it's normal. The would can be checked etc.
