Hi Louise, l would like to join the group. I"m 42 and had a skin sparing bilateral mastectomy November 2012 with tissue expanders put in at the time of surgery and then June of this year l had permanent silicone implants put in. My Plastic surgeon was fantastic. And l must say l love my new boobs all my friends are jealous, there has to be something good come out of this crappy situation
