Hi Leanne, I have had bilateral mastectomies with tissue expanders and implants. My exchange was 18 months ago, and I am happy with the results. At this stage I haven't had nipples created, and am not yet sure if I will bother. I have no regrets about my reconstruction, and must let you know, that the implants are so much more comfortable than the tissue expanders. If I can work out how to put up photos, I will, if not, I will happily email them to you. Love Chris xx
