My oncologist told me that it was quite common to have spotting for a few months when either starting or stopping Tamoxifen but to get it checked out if it went for any longer.The hot flushes are a pain for sure.My first hottie starts at 3am and then I get broken sleep after that.I've tried taking Tamoxifen in the morning and the night and it makes no difference.Taking Endep 10mg has definitely helped and hasn't given me any side effects.
