Here I go again !!!...........hope not !
Last saw a breast surgeon 1st Oct , all good no problems !
After that I've had twinges, niggles in the breast I had a lumpectomy done in April , but the last few days I've felt a weird heat sensation in it , the same as I felt before the last diagnosis.
Off to the GP today ,as there is quite a lot of hard scar tissue under the skin I'm not sure if there is anything wrong .
GP has given me a referral for a mammogram & ultrasound if needed.
Glad I'm not waiting for my 12mth check up but shit I'm not happy !!

- kezmuscMemberHey @tigerbeth. Big hugs as well. I am two years past lumpectomy and the thing still heats up and swells when it feels like it. I find it's worse if I have been doing a lot of physical work. Certain bras affect it as well. The scar tissue still gets itchy as well. Fingers crossed it is just something like that.
xoxoxox - PayneMemberYeah, the waiting is agonising @tigerbeth Lets hope it is scar tissue. I had lumpectomy 2 years ago and I still feel twinges and the odd sensitive spot. Did you have radiation?
Sue x - AllyJayMemberAnother cyber (((hug))) coming your way @tigerbeth. Hang in there although I know that the waiting is the very worst torture. Thinking of you my fellow tribes member ...Ally.
- SisterMemberFingers crossed for you @tigerbeth

- tigerbethMember@arpie thanks for the hugs , hope its nothing !!
Not sure about a seroma guess i'll find out on Wednesday - arpieMemberBUGGER BUGGER BUGGER, @tigerbeth .... BIG hugs coming your way from me too xxx
Could it be a seroma? I got very tender 6 months after my surgery - and had MG & US - which confirmed the seroma. Fingers & toes crossed for you - primekMemberHopefully it's nothing more than a pus collection. ..bloody annoying but totally treatable. But its all very stressful going through the investigation process and the wait of course.
