Get them drained by all means, particularly if they are sore. As everyone says, it's usually quite painless. Keep an eye on the area though, they may refill. Apart from a return of the nuisance, warm fluid places in the body can be very attractive to bacteria and you do not want any infection. Discomfort, reddening or flu like symptoms are worth getting checked out straightaway if fluid returns. Chances are good that the draining will end the problem altogether.
