Exercises for patients that have not had a mastectomy or reconstructive surgery

While I would prefer to not have lynphoedema, I think getting it 10 years after you thought your experience of breast cancer was all over would be worse - and some people do. I hope we will soon get better information about what precisely triggers it - for those with primary lymphoedema particularly. Bit more research may help.
