Drain site pain after mastectomy
Im Day 2 post surgery and have quite a bit of pain at the site where my drains go in. yesterday it hit me hard, they put up my pain meds but then the nurse dropped them overnight so by 10am I had ano...
That's exactly it @Melsie97 I can be perfectly fine and comfortable and then BAM the pain is excruciating. The pain meds dull it but I'm so scared of them wearing off.
It will be day 3 tomorrow so let's hope the drain comes out. Does the doc need to approve the drain out?
My doc isn't back till Monday. She said I could go home But I do t want to go home like this,
