Yep, everyone recovers at different rates .... definitely put your questiuon past your surgeon & even your BC Nurse too.
Your wounds really need to have all fully healed - so if you CAN afford to have more time off to fully recover - you don't want to compromise your recovery by going back too early.
Or maybe start back part-time initially - just to see how you go. Some find that the 'chemo fog brain' doesn't allow them to function as efficiently as before the treatment ....
Golly gosh - that was only 3 weeks ago! It sounds like you've had a great recovery from the chemo tho!

Thanks so much for taking the time to respond. I have discussed with my surgeons and they have advised to take a little more time off as I went straight from chemo to surgery.
