Whirlwind is a very good description of those first few weeks or so. Life and your priorities change so quickly and all you really want is to have the cancer gone and get back to normal life. It can often feel like you have no time to think but my surgeon gave me her email address so I could email questions as I thought of them! This was so helpful as I did not know enough to even know what questions to ask at first.
How are you coping with Chemo? I found the emotional ups and downs very hard but I got into a routine of it all after a while. I hope things go as smoothly as possible for you. Take care. Deanne xxx
