Does anyone else have a hard lumpy bit in the chest after a mastectomy?

Just relating your story back to one of mine, and I have a hardish lumpy bit around the end of my lumpectomy scar which I am told is just (‘just’) bad fibrosis, so just a bunch of heavy scar tissue deep in the breast.
Could your lumpy bit be scar tissue?
